Sharon Egilinsky

Sharon Egilinsky is an experienced business leader with over 20 years of corporate leadership and financial services experience. She is currently CEO and Founder of SREvolve LLC, where she advises business leaders, entrepreneurs, and industry-leading CLevel executives on strategic direction and development. She is also a board director on the forefront of reshaping and creating global business solutions.

Ms. Egilinsky launched her career as an Associate General Counsel for a Managed Futures investment business (including commodity funds) and also served as a commodities and hedge fund lawyer in the Financial Markets Practice Group of a large New York-based law firm. She moved from product engineering and structuring to the business side and leadership roles including Head of Strategy for Credit Suisse Asset Management, Head of Global Transition Management (Trading) for Citigroup Global Markets, and Global Head of Product Development for Deutsche Asset Management.

Ms. Egilinsky has extensive experience as a consultant on a variety of corporate governance issues for litigation preparation. In addition, she has firsthand experience consulting in Department of Justice investigations.

She holds a B.A. from SUNY Albany and a J.D. from Hofstra University School of Law.
