Aaron Lewis

Mr. Lewis is a seasoned real estate veteran and industry expert with nearly 20 years of direct fulltime experience in all aspects of residential real estate. As a real estate agent and Broker, he has closed over 1,200 transactions.

Mr. Lewis’s expertise generally includes but is not limited to: residential real estate transactions, real estate best practices and standards of care, agency and fiduciary duties, transaction disputes, disclosure issues, standard forms, agent-broker disputes, broker-broker disputes, fair housing, property valuation, property management, corporate acquisitions and dispositions, distressed sales, fix-and-flip and rental investments, and industry software and technology (proptech).

A compelling trainer, negotiator, communicator, and presenter, Mr. Lewis has been quoted in national real estate and housing industry publications; appeared on TV and live call-in radio shows; presented on residential valuation topics at Appraisal Institute conferences; trained over 3,500 agents and brokers as an approved as a CE instructor in eight states; and coached some of the top agents in the United States and Canada.

Mr. Lewis is an Eagle Scout, is fluent in Spanish, and sings and plays the piano. He enjoys all forms of exercise and serves in his church as an organist and Sunday School teacher. Mr. Lewis’s greatest joy and proudest accomplishments are his family. Mr. and Mrs. Lewis, an elementary school teacher, are proud parents of four wonderful children.
