Dr. Dan Scheitrum is an expert economist with an extensive background in litigation. Dr Scheitrum received his PhD from UC Davis and is an assistant professor at Cal Poly San Luis Obispo. He is an expert in agricultural economics and with a specialty in employment disputes, large data & statistics, and antitrust. Dr. Scheitrum has published twenty six peer-reviewed publications in such journals as the American Journal of Agricultural Economics, Economic Letters, Journal of Law and the Biosciences, among others. His research has been featured in the Washington Post, Forbes, and other outlets. Dr. Scheitrum has been involved in litigation consulting in various forms for over fifteen years. He has testified in agricultural, employment, and business interruption matters.
