Dustin Giang

Dustin Giang is an Associate at Vega Economics. He specializes in economic modelling, data analysis, and exhibit production. In recent case experience, Mr. Giang assisted in the development and implementation of a quantitative analysis of mortgage loan files and servicing comments. Using a combination of advanced data processing and directed reviews, Mr. Giang's work on this analysis was instrumental in determining whether a mortgage servicer’s actions were consistent with industry practice. 

Mr. Giang is fluent in a diverse set of programming and database querying languages and platforms such as SQL, R, Python, and Microsoft Excel. He received his bachelor’s degree in Applied Mathematics from the University of California, Berkeley where he focused on econometric analysis and game theory.
