Han-Hsin Chang is an Economist at Vega Economics. Dr. Chang specializes in healthcare economics, applied econometrics, and financial analysis. She has extensive experience in quantitative analysis and econometric modeling for a variety of sectors, including healthcare insurance markets, pharmaceutical industry regulation, and bond market evaluation. Dr. Chang has published three papers in peer-reviewed economics journals on topics including international trade, economic geography, and agricultural economics.

At Vega Economics, Dr. Chang specializes in data analysis and the development of sophisticated econometric models for expert reports, ensuring that Vega's analyses are responsive to client needs and grounded in rigorous economic principles. Dr. Chang was recently retained to conduct economic analysis in matters involving healthcare insurance market dynamics and pharmaceutical industry competition.

Prior to joining Vega Economics, Dr. Chang worked as an economist with the Asian Development Bank (ADB) and served as a PhD Researcher at Utrecht University, where she independently managed multiple research projects and presented her findings at international conferences and seminars. She was also a Visiting PhD Researcher at the University of Adelaide, where she conducted research on global value chains and agricultural markets. Dr. Chang received her Ph.D. degree in Economics from Utrecht University in the Netherlands. She is fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese.
