Kosuke Uetake

Kosuke Uetake is an Assistant Professor in the Yale University School of Management.
Dr. Uetake’s research interests include industrial organization, quantitative marketing, and financial markets. His current work focuses on the design of online platforms and understanding the role of asymmetric information in C2C platforms. He has also studied healthcare Big Data using machine learning techniques to tackle obesity, as well as mergers and industry dynamics in high-tech industries. His research has appeared in Advances in Econometrics, Economic Letters, Structural Econometric Models, and Marketing Science.
He holds a Ph.D. and M.A. from Northwestern University as well as an M.A. from University of Tokyo.
