Mark Wallace
Mark Wallace is a senior sales and revenue growth executive with nearly three decades of experience spanning sales leadership, marketing, customer success, digital transformation, and business strategy. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Management from Bentley University.
Mark began his career at Digital Consulting Institute, where he spent 12 years and earned nine promotions, ultimately serving as Vice President of Sales. During his tenure, he played a leadership role in some of the technology industry's most influential conferences and events, including the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Conference and Exposition, Internet Expo, Sales Force Automation Conference, Marketing Automation Conference, Business Intelligence Conference, and Enterprise Architecture Conference. These events brought together senior executives, technology leaders, and decision-makers from Global 2000 companies and emerging businesses to explore best practices and innovations in sales, marketing, and business technology.
As CRM technology became a cornerstone of modern business operations, Mark worked closely with leading technology providers and industry thought leaders, including Salesforce, Siebel Systems, Oracle, IBM, and NetSuite. Following Digital Consulting Institute's transformation into an enterprise social networking company, Mark led sales across multiple channels and helped launch the organization's enterprise social media business, serving both as a sales leader and enterprise sales executive responsible for multi-year subscription agreements.
Mark later joined Environmental Data Resources (EDR), a portfolio company of Daily Mail and General Trust, as Vice President of Social Media. In that role, he led initiatives focused on business community growth, innovation, and digital transformation. He helped evaluate, negotiate, and integrate key technology platforms, including Salesforce and HubSpot, to modernize the company's sales and marketing operations and improve the customer buying experience. His achievements in sales, marketing, innovation, and digital transformation have earned industry recognition through awards, speaking engagements, and published articles.
In 2011, Mark founded Justellus, where he advises founders, executive leadership teams, and boards of directors on accelerating revenue growth, improving sales pipeline predictability, and driving business transformation. Through fractional and full-time Chief Revenue Officer and Head of Sales engagements, as well as strategic advisory and assessment services, he helps organizations strengthen their go-to-market capabilities and achieve sustainable business growth.
