Şahan Yıldız

Şahan Yıldız is a Director at Vega Economics, where he specializes in competition economics and econometric analysis. He has experience conducting economic, statistical, and econometric analyses in matters involving alleged collusion, mergers, and damages. Prior to joining Vega Economics, he spent several years at a prominent economic consulting firm, advising clients on complex antitrust and commercial litigation matters. Şahan holds a Ph.D. in Economics from Johns Hopkins University, where he specialized in applied industrial organization. His dissertation examined the role of contract design in shaping firms' investment decisions in wholesale electricity markets.
